Chuck Neinas, who was interim Big 12 commissioner at the time,
said the the presidents were interested in four schools: BYU, Louisville, TCU, and WVU.
He said that all schools were easy to work with and complied with every demand made upon them, including providing all the documents (financial and otherwise) requested by the search committee.
Financial documents would not have been provided if there had not been any in depth negotiations.
