You didn’t state that. You stated Tanner would start because of logic, because he’s a senior...which is silly.
Tanner is in a QB battle because he hasn’t proven or earned anything...as an experienced senior. Sad.
Coach will choose Tanner because of your “logic” and because he’s on the hot seat. He fears going with the freshman because if the freshman fails everyone will say “you had an experienced senior and you played a freshman”.
So he’ll choose tanner, tanner will burn out, and coach will be eaten alive with regret for not turning the page on the storied elite 11 co-mpv and looking to the future now.
None of this matters. This program has serious issues that will require years of rehabilitation.
