How do the coaching staff know that this is going to be the different than the last two years??

They don’t know anything. Tanner has proven nothing. Any notion that “a senior gives us the best chance to win” is based upon an idea, not anything Tanner has proven.

Coach “cashing big checks” is the same guy who put together a staff of alumni with little or no coaching experience. It’s all the bros!!!

That panned out well. Inexperience everywhere.
