My staff and I were there for 4 hours, but we felt it was worth it. The ones that made the team were told their roles, what they needed to work on to either stay in the game or earn more time. The ones we let go we told them what they needed to do that was lacking, and also how they could have a better chance next year. It was tough, but better to let them know why in person instead of finding out by a list.
