Our school (not in Utah) STRUGGLES to find coaches, probably due to a combination of the time commitment, the hassle of dealing with parents/kids, and the paltry stipend they receive. And we are a thriving school, with some money in the community, etc.

Thank you for what you do and for putting up with everything that I mentioned and more. My kids (and I'm sure many others) are blessed because of coaches like you.
