the scenario assumes too much to predict that it will happen with any certainty
it never says that she walks at an exact speed and never stops, it assumes that she walks at the same speed uphill and downhill which is untrue and basically impossible, it doesn't account for the fact that sunrise and sundown are different every day of the year.
