I want to live in a nice house. I spend a lot of my life there and I only

live once. I'm not saying it's a great investment or anything like that, but what's wrong with spending money on something you enjoy? My mom bought a 3500 sq/ft home as a 60 year old woman. I asked her why she'd want such a big home at her age and she told me she'd been living in crappy starter homes her entire life and was never going back to a small home ever again. Different strokes for different folks I guess.
