Not as bad as leasing expensive cars, phones, etc..
If you live in an area that generally the price of the home appreciates.
I am a huge car fanatic and do have a “fun car” that I drive on weekends but we just had to get a new car for my wife and we went to our car payments now being 5% of the household income and I hate it. To think that it is accepted to spend 20% and many do more than that is crazy to me. And like I said. I am as big of a car fan as anyone on this planet.
