I actually agree with the spirit of what you are saying. Parents don't need to

know about every little thing that happens between their kids and teachers. And the kid should face consequences for breaking rules (and a chair). I would ask my kid the same question you said.

But asking for money from a little kid should involve parental knowledge IMHO.
