I don't know the answers. I am not in charge and don't have to worry about it.
The main point of my post is that the program CANNOT just keep going in this direction. Something has to change: head coach, recruiting philosophy, team makeup, assistant coaches...heck most programs have people as their director of basketball operations that have previous COACHING AND PLAYING experience. That's not the case with us.
If we continue to move ahead and just saying everything is fine then it will just get worse. Rose does not need to be fired but the direction of the program needs a major overhaul.
