His kids were reportedly getting harassed in school (if harassed is the right term for negative comments about their dad), CB in its uniquely nasty way was calling for his ouster, all while his record to that point was better than Lavelle's and the team was going to bowl games every year.

That made it easy to entertain taking a great offer from UVA without feeling any disloyalty; all while CB raged on with the whining and denigration but had no ideas about an alternative who might be willing to accept the limitations of BYU.

So we got Sitake, a good guy with an inadequate resume, who is supposed to make BYU "relevant" again. We're living his learning curve.

Now all of the outrage on this board wants to do that all over again with Rose (a good coach who will likely never be a great coach).

Many on this board show little logic, no proportionally, and cut their nose off to spite their face.
