I disagree. We do not know what is on his academic record. If this was
an undergrad situation, I think that might be a more fair, but not conclusive statement.
Grad school is a whole different beast.
Do I think there should be a lower standard for grad transfers? Yes.
Do I think they should let in ANY athlete that graduates from a 4 year school? Not necessarily and it doesn't matter if they are a quadruple minority.
