Living in Vegas it was impossible not to get swept up by the nights. I don’t have room in my sports life for hockey...but here we are.

The call was terrible. No way around that. The knights got screwed. In every way it was as egregious as the missed call on the saints. It absolutely changed the outcome of the game and the series.

It was like watching a boxer dominate a fight for 8 rounds...and then in the ninth round the ref says “okay- now you have to fight the ninth round with one arm tied behind your back.” Why are people surprised that the losing boxer, who was all but dead in the water, gets a burst of energy and starts landing haymakers?

Crap way to end a great series and crap way to start the summer- when you’ve outplayed the opponent straight up- but get screwed over in the ninth round.
