So sure we understood what you meant but your terminology was wrong, no one has a "house payment" if they don't have a mortgage. They have 'expenses' like taxes and insurance but they don't have a "payment". And you'll notice that unlike you in this thread I had the good manners to accept your meaning and not point out how incredibly wrong your phrasing was and use it as a reason to claim you had no credibility.
Long story short, you were wrong, your phrasing was wrong, your terminology was wrong, and yet I didn't bother pointing it out I just accepted the point you were trying to make and moved on rather than trying to mock you for your incorrect phrasing. Learn from that.
