You seem to have misunderstood the clear distinction between the words mortgage and house payment. Maybe read it slower? And, you can pay your taxes and insurance monthly if you want. But that doesn't keep it from being a payment either way. This is the single easiest concept on the history of CB and it is still lost on you?
