I think the data is really out right now on just how bad weed really is. The stupid FDA has failed(surprise, surprise) to do the kind of meaningful studies that would help to really inform policy makes. CBD and all of that line of medicinal products should have been evaluated and studied years ago so that the public and lawmakers would be well informed.
I think that DUI is DUI. Alcohol, Opioids, Marijuana....they are all intoxicants that should carry heavy penalties for driving while under their influence.
