I have not argued for NO punishment. He should be punished. I'm sure they will
come up with an adequate punishment.
DUI's where no one was hurt (was it Luck? sure) are not punished as much as when you hit someone and hurt someone.
Same with discharging a weapon. If you injure someone, you should be punished on top of the normal punishment.
