I don't follow other teams recruiting but I'd bet a lot of P5s get very few 4/5 star recruits.

Only the elite teams recruit more than a handful of 4-5 star recruits. The key is development. That's where Utah has

I can tell you out of 385 4/5 stars in 2018 only 6 when non-P5.

Unfortunately of late "looks" are all most have amount to. When the big offers have come, they've gone elsewhere.
