I'd assume that the NFL is very different than college. NFL players have a union, (NFLPA) which represents their
interests, and negotiates testing protocols. (Scott Mitchell said on KSL, a couple weeks ago, that pro players who fail tests are morons.)
NCAA players do not. The Clemson players, and Will Grier, who were suspended for PED's indicate that it isn't easy for players to get away with cheating.
