...when I was growing up. They've retired in a beautiful home in Park City (indoor pool, basketball court, etc. - very wealthy couple). When they were leaving Lake Powell one year, they were really low on gas. But he refused to pay the high gas prices close to the lake, so he was going to try and make it to Hanksville (over an hour away). He wouldn't even fill it up 1/4 tank or 1/2 tank or whatever. You know - out of principle. Stick it to the man. Well, they didn't make it to Hanksville. They didn't even really get close.
