I think the living wage idea has some merit in some circumstances. But if you are trying to support a family by doing a job that my teenage son is qualified to do, you aren't doing it right.

The proper response for somebody at Disney who feels they aren't making enough money is to go get a better paying job, not to demand that their company pay you more than your contributions are worth.
