I’m talking about the nature of the job...
True stress comes with the level of responsibility. Being stressed because your boss is a meany while working your low paying job is not real stress. It is pretty easy to walk away from that. Not the same thing when you’re making $100,000 and the job is not easily replaceable you have a lot to answer for.

Just because your boss is mean at your cashier job isn’t stress deserving of high pay. Being responsible for large volumes of sales is stressful, he seems the high commissions, being in charge of making sure 30 people show up to their cashier, custodian, stocker, etc. jobs and then actually perform at them is stressful, hence more highly paid.

I’m not just talking about ceo’s Like Iger, I’m talking about anyone who is well compensated because they have big responsibilities that have accompanying stress.
