The fact is that compensation is tied to level of stress...
Some jobs may be physically demanding but if they aren’t accompanied with high levels of stress they probably aren’t going to be highly paid. It isn’t stressful to wrap up a $12 churro and hand it to some kid. It isn’t stressful to wave a light wand to keep people off Main St during the light parade. It isn’t stressful to make sure that the lap bar is down on Winnie the Pooh.

But it is stressful to make sure that a company is profitable. That job goes 24/7 and it comes with the knowledge that thousands of churro jobs depend on a profit being made and shareholders being pleased.

It is just ridiculous that these people think that all work is the same, that it is all worth high pay.
