I am sure someone will tell me how my constitutional rights are being violated by it, but I disagree. Why do I disagree? If constitutional rights were being violated, the convictions would be thrown out. To my knowledge, this has not happened, but people like to imagine hypothetical conspiracy theories for sure. Those types like to talk about hypotheticals, but we are talking about specific use to capture criminals here by going through their garbage.
