would actually be a major contributor or a starter I wasn't 100% sure. Not sure where his head or his body or his skills are at right now. Obviously he and the coaches know more than we do about how ready he was to contribute this year. What I don't know is what his communications were with the new coaching staff. If they let him know that they weren't planning on turning the keys of the offense over to him maybe thats what sealed his decision. Its possible they came to him and said something like hey nick we know you are a talented player but we are bringing in these other guys and have promised them a certain amount of playing time and we wanted you to know in advance about how this might play out that you may see some limited playing time. He could have looked at that and said im out. But I don't know. Its probably a mixture of things.
