Living in east Idaho I see BYU-I shirts everywhere. More than BYU shirts.

BYU supports it's own sports programs. BYUI(Ricks) did not. That is the issue.

BYUI still wouldn't be able to. Let's be honest. Most FCS schools get subsidized by taxpayer funds in Utah.
