BYUI still wouldn't be able to. Let's be honest. Most FCS schools get subsidized by taxpayer funds in Utah.
As does Snow, Dixie. The church sees it and isn;t going down that road.
Same reason UVU isn;t starting a football program, even as an FCS. It's a money loser without big support.
