And prior to that in 2012 they finished ranked 16
So two of their best seasons rankings wise have come in the last 6 years, the same years our fans all claim the landscape of college football has changed so much that G5’s are not relevant. I don’t buy it. USU has become relevant on the national perspective of college football since joining the MWC, not the other way around as some fans would have you believe.

I don't think he was declining. There was a natural adjustment to our W-L record due to increased P5 scheduling
