I know why. The more you confuse he consumer, the more you can take them for. It’s a travesty that congress
is focused on banks cheating clients out of millions of dollars yet they’re fine with insurance and healthcare companies bilking us out of trillions.

That’s a garbage practice. If I go to U of U healthcare for service, they should bill me. The hospital should negotiate
