Haha ya. That's why LDS recruits choose neither BYU or Utah. Or maybe if you're
looking at offers from Utah, BYU, USC, Oregon, and Washington, it's sort of a no brainer to pick USC, Oregon, or Washington. Utah and BYU are great, but you're crazy if you don't think that, overall, BYU's and Utah's programs are small potatoes compared to those guys. And no, beating one of those programs occasionally (or even half the time lately, in Utah's case with USC and Oregon) doesn't change that.
