Yes, b/c it's covered by credit card. I'd rather not have to use my personal insurance just in case.
Only exceptions are Mexico (and other places where insurance is required by law and CC coverage doesn't count), and negotiated corporate rates that include it.

Just pay attention to whether your credit card coverage is primary or secondary to your personal auto coverage.
