In Mexico, yes. This is because most credit card insurance policies don't provide coverage if the car is not on a paved
road. There are many roads in Mexico near the beach or other attractions that aren't paved.

Just pay attention to whether your credit card coverage is primary or secondary to your personal auto coverage.
