If your coverage is secondary, your net out of pocket will still be zero
The credit card company will cover your deductible. Even claims with primary coverage cards are likely to result in a ding with your personal insurance carrier assuming the accident is reported by a police agency. If it's just a parking lot incident where the police aren't involved, then I'd agree there'd be no impact to your personal insurance.

Just pay attention to whether your credit card coverage is primary or secondary to your personal auto coverage.
