If Kalani was the President of your company would you consider firing him?
Given the results over the last few years would Kalani survive in the business world? This is a business after all. Big business = College Football
Or would you get him some different key managers and let Kalani run the show still?
I think the only thing that makes this a difficult decision is that Kalani is such a good guy. I like him in every way except as a field general.
