1) The replacement list is underwhelming. No FBS head coaching experience among any of them. You'd have a learning curve with the next guy. The #1 rule of business is make yourself hard to replace. No matter Kalani's record, all the candidates behind him are "high risk"
2) The upperclassmen Kalani inherited have been underwhelming. Give him 2020 to get in his own guys and make offseason changes. If he flops again, it's an easy call.
