You were +5 in 2016 and pretty optimistic about the future. But then 2017 happened. You were -5 and lost seemingly everything. Against all wisdom, you didn't fire him after costing you five million dollars. The next year is barely above break even, so you aren't real happy either but you hold. This year the same thing that happened in 2017 is happening and you are losing money. By now, don't you think that the success of 2016 was a fluke and your president has lost it. If you don't fire him now, you risk losing your company.
The fact is that if this was business, you'd have to have fired him after the 2017 fiasco.
