I'm not convinced. Maybe.
They sure didn't give their lefty to keep them in the fold.
All we heard about was how happy they were to have BYU leave because BYU was a bully and always rocking the boat, demanding things like that the conference stand up to the media partner and require them to actually do what they said they would do.
The MWC was happy to have BSU join. I'm not as convinced that they would be happy to have BYU return. I almost feel like they would see it as BYU crawling back to an ex-girlfriend, and that they could demand certain things of BYU if they were allow BYU to return.
Maybe the would allow BYU to figure out something different as far as the TV contract is concerned. But I'm not convinced they would. I think the MWC would see themselves as having leverage.

there is no good argument for us moving to the MWC before conference realignment. There might be some arguments for it
