The conference value comes from the relevance of games
You can lose a few games and still be in the running for a conference championship.
In independence, you lose a few games and you're playing for a mediocre bowl game.
I'm not saying I prefer the MWC, but I do understand the longing for a conference.

there is no good argument for us moving to the MWC before conference realignment. There might be some arguments for it
