The primary “subsidy” by far is that the university allows the AD to only pay
the in-state rate for the tuition the AD pays to the school. That difference is called a subsidy. That and student fees makes up almost the entire amount of institutional support. It’s in the audit.
And you can argue against student fees, that’s fine, but it’s not taxes.
