Oh please. If Utah has USU’s budget would it be in the P12? Of course not.

Would it sell out every football home game? Would it be getting major donations? Would it be expanding the stadium (primarily with those donations)? Of course not, not even close. Give Utah USU’s budget and it’s a slightly better MWC program than USU (which, by the way, actually does get tax dollars, unlike Utah).
