Regardless, The University of Utah takes a lot of taxpayer money and wastes it across the board.
If the athletic department operated on a reasonable budget, then put the excess into the general fund, it could reduce the reliance on taxpayer funds. Instead it wastes it across overpaid coaches, unnecessary facilities, and generally poor budgeting.
They don't. The entire University continues to waste with no thought of responsibility or respect for tax payers.
