It is much more sustainable. The key for me to be able to maintain a low carb diet is keto desserts. Keto brownies, keto cheesecake etc. good luck, and enjoy. I’ve been meaning to go back to it as I’ve travelled alot the last 6 months so low carb became much more difficult. But I felt so much better, had more energy, and overall just felt happier. Keep it up, you got this.
