Then what you are doing will keep you on a path of no change. As others have said keto helps you to eat less carbs which helps you to theoretically eat less and retain less water mass. If you aren't losing then something is up and it probably isn't that your body is somehow keto proof or doesn't know how to burn fat.
I know it sounds like I'm attacking you or being negative but believe it or not I'm trying to get you to think about how you approach what's going on diet wise. I've lost over 200 pounds so Ive been through it all. If your diet stops working you have to adjust it till it works
I'll add a caveat. Did you start strength training and are body recomposing?
