I'm not calling it a fad and telling you to stop, but do you have to change
something about the actual keto attempt, because whatever it is, you're not on the keto diet after 11 days of nothing. Your body doesn't even go into ketosis for 2-4 days, so the day 1 thing is pointless and not an indication of anything. Seriously, sitting on the toilet + normal fluctuation + maybe before you started you were exercising. Which means you've lost nothing in 11 days and you're not in ketosis at all. What is your fat% for the day? Are you at least at 70% fat, 20% protein and 10% carbs?
