Your body doesn't even go into ketosis for 2-4 days, so the day 1 thing is pointless and not an indication of anything. Seriously, sitting on the toilet + normal fluctuation + maybe before you started you were exercising. Which means you've lost nothing in 11 days and you're not in ketosis at all. What is your fat% for the day? Are you at least at 70% fat, 20% protein and 10% carbs?
