I actually just quit doing it yesterday. I lasted a week and a few trainers told me to stop because it wasn't good for what I've got coming up with some athletic events. They also recommended a better ratio of fat/protein/carbs that fits more for what I'm doing. I don't think it's for me anyway. Unless you're really trying to shed a crap load of lbs. I was just curious about it and thought it might be good to drop a few. I can do that on my own by just eating good and working out now that I can get back to it after healing up.
