In the end it is still calories IN vs OUT. if you haven’t lost
Anything in ten days then something is wrong with that balance. Placing the body in Ketosis is a method to help maintain the calorie imbalance not a magic bullet for weight loss.

I would track calories going forward if you haven’t. If you have then you may need to re assess your TDEE
