No, players look for things like how the pitcher dips his shoulder or if the
catcher is sticking his fingers in the open for the base runners to see. That's the pitchers and catchers fault. They can hide signs from the runners or walk out the mound and change things up. But when you got a camera zoomed in on your fingers from center field that's no bueno. That's not tipping pitches, that's just blatant stealing.

If you walk out in your yard naked and your neighbor is looking over the fence for you to do just that, that's your bad. If your neighbor puts a camera in your bedroom that's their bad.
