If they would have just come out and apologized then I can see it not becoming a big deal, but the fact is the players should have been punished, they are the ones that kept it going and they benefited with $$ contracts and the opposing players were hurt in both reputation and $$ from future contracts.
Not to mention the pathetic commissioner and his comments.
This is on the Astros and all the negative attention they are getting is nothing compared to what they did.
The funniest part is they are already trying to prevent payback as they know how big a deal this is. Otherwise why would the manager be telling the media he is making sure that pitchers don't throw at his players, and I read that the commissioner is going to make some kind of announcement about that.
If it was not a big deal then they would not be worried about that happening. But the fact is they know how big of a deal it is and was, and how wrong they were to do that, and the anger that the other teams feel toward them doing that.
