All playing and she is telling them something and not a single one is paying attention. Iirc she then says right? (Or something like that) and the kid nods or says yes. It's obvious they didn't learn or pay attention to anything she was saying as it was all free range and no structure.

But to be fair it isn't 100% clear that that part of the episode was showing how she normally homeschooled or if it was more of a general interaction. Either way by her parenting style and the example she sets I doubt those kids have a better chance, or even equal, as kids in public school do.
