Who has comparable measurables to Wilson and never really starred at UCLA, yet it was enough to become a 1st rounder. The point is the methodology the NFL uses to determine who is worthy of a high pick is how the teams view a prospects ceiling. You’re right that being a starter will lower a prospects draft status, but the play on the field is just a point of reference.
